DHA Quetta is a master-planned scheme of about 10,000 acres developed by the Defence Housing Authority on the RCD Highway at Kuchlak, where it links Quetta with northern Balochistan. The main entrance is Jinnah Gate, which leads onto Jinnah Expressway.
Development is phased. The Early Bird sectors A1, A2 and A3 are being developed first, and the authority has held possession ceremonies handing over residential and commercial plots in these sectors. Plans for further areas, including Sector D, Sector H and Early Bird Zarghoon, are published on the authority's planning pages.
