Do I have to buy my property through NASASI Estate to use construction support?

No. NASASI Estate can coordinate construction on a plot or property you already own, as well as on one you buy through NASASI Estate.

Does NASASI Estate give a fixed price before the scope is agreed?

No. An estimate is only meaningful once scope and planning are settled, so that is the order NASASI Estate follows: requirement, review, scope, planning, then estimate.

Who carries out the building work?

NASASI Estate coordinates the project — planning, scope, estimate and progress, including coordination with contractors and vendors where applicable. The exact delivery arrangement for your project is confirmed in the initial consultation.

Can NASASI Estate help with both residential and commercial construction?

Yes — houses, villas, commercial buildings, offices and shops, as new builds or renovations.

Can NASASI Estate help me find a plot that is ready to build on?

Yes. Possession plots are listed under Plots & Files — use the Possession filter to see plots you can build on once transfer is complete.
