Plots & Files — FAQ

What is the difference between a plot and a file?

A plot is a specific, allotted piece of land; a file is an entitlement to a plot that has not been handed over yet. Every listing states which it is and its possession status.

Which plot sizes are listed?

Sizes depend on the scheme and on what is currently listed — the Size filter on this page shows exactly the sizes available right now, for example in DHA Quetta.

Can I search for corner or park-facing plots?

Yes. Choose Residential Plot as the property type and the Plot Features filter appears — Corner, Park Facing, Main Boulevard and others — whenever listed plots carry them.

What does development charges paid or payable mean?

It shows whether the development charges on that plot or file have already been paid or are still due. Confirm the outstanding amount for the specific property before transfer.

Can NASASI Estate build on a plot I buy?

Yes, once you have possession. See NASASI Estate's construction service for how design and build work.

Every property shown here is reviewed and represented directly by NASASI Estate. For anything not listed yet, a consultant can usually source matching options — get in touch on WhatsApp or by phone.
