Listings describe property that is available through NASASI Estate at the time of publication. They are provided for information:

• a listing is not an offer that can be accepted to form a contract — no agreement exists until the parties sign one;
• availability can change at any time, and a property may be sold, let or withdrawn before the listing is updated;
• where a price is shown, it is the asking price at the time of publication and may change;
• sizes, dimensions, photos and descriptions are as supplied and may be approximate.

When you send an enquiry, please give accurate details and only share information you are entitled to share. Enquiries sent through the website's forms are saved so that a consultant can follow up. The Contact form can also open your message in WhatsApp or your email app; those services are provided by third parties under their own terms.

We aim to reply promptly but cannot guarantee a response time. How we handle the information you send is explained in the Privacy Policy.

Descriptions of our services on this website are general. The scope, fees, responsibilities and timelines of any engagement are agreed with you separately, in writing, before work starts.
