Who we are
NASASI Estate is a real estate business based in Quetta, Balochistan, Pakistan. We help clients buy, sell and rent property, and provide property advisory, construction coordination and related services. In this policy, "we" and "us" mean NASASI Estate.
This policy applies to this website and to enquiries you send us through it. It does not cover other websites you reach through links on our pages.
Information you give us
Visitors do not create accounts on this website; only NASASI Estate staff sign in, to manage its content. When you send the Contact form, a property enquiry form or an enquiry through the website's enquiry assistant, the details you entered are saved in our enquiry records and emailed to our office so that a consultant can follow up. The Contact form also prepares a message from your entries and opens it in WhatsApp or in your email app, which you can choose to send as well. WhatsApp buttons elsewhere on the site open a chat with a message you can edit before sending; nothing is sent until you send it.
Depending on the enquiry, the message can include:
- your name, phone number and, if you add it, your email address;
- your preferred contact method and the type of enquiry;
- property preferences you choose to share, such as area, property type, size, budget or timeline;
- details about a property you own or want checked, a construction requirement, or an organisation's requirement;
- the property you are asking about (its title, reference number and page address), the page you sent the enquiry from, and anything you write in the message.
We also receive what you send us directly — for example when you call, message us on WhatsApp or email us — including your phone number, WhatsApp profile name and any documents you choose to share.
Information collected automatically
With your agreement, given in the cookie notice, this website uses Google Analytics 4 to count visits and page views. It is loaded only after you accept. If you decline, or if no notice is shown, it is not loaded at all. We do not send it your name, phone number, email address or anything you type into a form. See the Cookie Policy for details.
Like any website, our pages are delivered by a hosting provider. When your browser requests a page, the host processes technical request data — such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request — to deliver the page, keep the service secure and diagnose errors.
How we use information
- to reply to your enquiry and arrange calls, viewings or meetings you ask for;
- to provide the service you request — for example a property search, a sale or rental, advisory work or construction coordination;
- to keep reasonable records of enquiries and any transaction that follows;
- to keep the website secure and working properly.
We contact you about your own enquiry, using the method you chose. We do not send marketing messages unless you ask to hear about new listings, and we stop whenever you tell us to.
Third-party services and embedded content
Website hosting
The website is hosted by Hostinger, which processes request data on our behalf to deliver the site. See Hostinger's privacy policy.
Enquiry records
Enquiries sent through the website's forms are stored in a database hosted by Supabase, which processes them on our behalf. See Supabase's privacy policy. A copy of each enquiry is emailed to our office through Resend, an email delivery service; see Resend's privacy policy. To limit automated abuse, the forms restrict repeated submissions. We may also switch on a security check provided by Cloudflare Turnstile; when it is on, it is loaded from Cloudflare with the form and looks at signals from your browser to tell people from automated programs. Website assistant
The assistant on this website can answer typed questions. When you type a question, it is sent, together with the last few messages of that conversation and short extracts from our published pages, to Groq, which runs the AI model that writes the answer. Phone numbers and email addresses are removed from your message before it is sent, and we do not send your name or any account details. We do not store these conversations: they are held in the page you have open and are gone when you reload or leave it. Groq processes the request under its own terms; see Groq's privacy policy. Answers are generated automatically and can be wrong, so please confirm anything important with us, and do not type personal or confidential information into the assistant. If the AI service is unavailable, the assistant searches this website instead and nothing is sent to Groq.
WhatsApp and email
If you contact us on WhatsApp, your messages are handled by WhatsApp under its own terms; see WhatsApp's privacy policy. Emails are handled by your email provider and ours.
Videos and maps
Some property pages offer a YouTube video. The video player loads only after you press play, using YouTube's privacy-enhanced (youtube-nocookie.com) mode; once loaded, Google may collect information under Google's privacy policy. Map links open Google Maps in a new tab, where Google's terms apply. If a page shows an embedded map, it is provided by the same service and the same policy applies. If you accept the cookie notice, Google Analytics 4 is provided by Google under the same policy.
Social media
Links to our social media profiles, such as Facebook, Instagram and X, take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies.
Where information is processed
Our hosting, database and email delivery providers, Google (if you accept analytics) and messaging services operate infrastructure in several countries, so technical data, enquiry records and messages may be processed outside Pakistan by those providers.
How long we keep information
We keep enquiry details and correspondence for as long as they are needed to respond to you and to provide the service you asked for, and afterwards only as long as reasonably needed for records of a transaction or to deal with any question about it. When information is no longer needed, we delete it.
Security
We take reasonable steps to protect the information we hold and limit it to people who need it to deal with your enquiry. No website, messaging service or storage method can be guaranteed to be completely secure, so please avoid sending sensitive documents unless they are needed for your matter.
Your choices and requests
You can ask us at any time to:
- tell you what information we hold about you;
- correct information that is wrong or out of date;
- delete your information, where we no longer need it for a service or record you have asked for;
- stop contacting you.

Children
This website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly accept enquiries from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If the way the website works changes, we will update this policy and the date at the top of the page before the change takes effect, and ask for consent where it is needed.
